We do love a spectacular wedding cake, and our dear friend Liz of Elizabeth's Cake Emporium creates them in spades!  This lovely lady's creativity is off the charts - if you think something isn't possible in a wedding cake, Liz will take your challenge and prove that such a cake can exist in our world!  Love it!This six-tiered, mint-shaded beauty was set up for a wedding at The Connaught; one of London's finest 5 star hotels and wedding venues.  The lovely bride was Jennifer Holden of Raspberry Bespoke Events; clearly a lady of great taste!You can see some more of Liz's stunning cake creations on our blog here.
